Baseball and Softball Sprint Speed
These programs utilize minimal equipment. In addition to the items listed below, we recommend some items that you may have at home: something to put your heels on (a 2' x 4', an old book, etc), a workout step or a stair, a bench or chair, and objects to reach toward with your foot (tennis ball, sock, etc).
Mountain Ready
You will need a few items for the Mountain Ready workouts. In addition to the items listed below, we recommend some items that you may have at home: PVC pipe/broom stick, something to put your heels on (a 2' x 4', an old book, etc), a workout step or a stair, a bench or chair, a heavy weight or a filled backpack, and a small weight.
